Understanding
More painting on this painting called,"ancients of ancients," a bull buffalo in his prime watching over his clan or herd.
This past year I have been learning some of the history of  native american people and not being a part of a tribe, as such, I did not have much understanding. Not knowing what to do I asked a lot of questions, not easily answered, and I put people in a tough spot. Mixing cultures is messy business, however, the understanding, and the respecting generates wisdom and creates peace, light illuminates the darkness. Now I can start to see, where once I was blind.
I met a very kind native american, she is a grandmother, with many grandchildren, helping her immediate family, and those families in her community close by and far away too. She helps to counsel people fighting their daily battles, she brings light when the darkness tries to engulf them, and they live a better life for having known each other.
I sent a request, to generate more understanding, more cooperation, and to sow love where there is hatred, who can I send this painting called, "ancients of ancients,"to someone who works faithfully helping others in their communities, so by sharing our gifts across communities and across races we open hearts and minds.
This painting will go to Colorado and my hope, in this exchange, is to help our communities to come together to help one another, to sow love where there is hatred.
Have a great day, maybe you have a talent you can share with another community to help bring good.
